- Time Frame for Returns: You may return your purchased TV within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Condition of Return: To be eligible for a return, the TV must be in its original, unused condition, and in the original packaging. All accessories, including remotes, manuals, and power cables, must be returned with the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or Used Products: TVs that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return unless they are defective.

3. How to Return an Item
